School field trips are always great fun but more importantly, very educational. “The Thomaston Goes to War…on the Homefront exhibition will be available for tours through 2025 when Thomaston and Upson County celebrate their Bicentennial. The total tour of the two exhibition locations, the Thomaston-Upson Archives and Pettigrew-White-Stamps House Museum, will last approximately 2 hours.
One area of the Pettigrew-White-Stamps House is dedicated to changing exhibitions 3 times per year to feature new topics related to the WWII era and Thomaston’s heritage.
